For local moves, we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead when possible - especially around weekends and end-of-month dates when demand is highest. That said, if you need to move sooner, call or text us and we'll check our current availability. We often have more flexibility than people expect.
Yes - we offer same-day and last-minute moving subject to availability. Dispatch times are as fast as possible, though availability is not guaranteed and wait times may vary based on demand. If you're in a bind, call or text us right away and we'll do our best to help.
Yes. We work 7 days a week. Weekend availability can fill up fast, so we recommend booking as early as possible if your move date falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
We serve Nashville and all of Middle Tennessee - including Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, La Vergne, Spring Hill, Columbia, and surrounding areas. We also handle long-distance moves out of state. Check our full service area page for details.

payments Pricing & Estimates

Local moves are typically priced hourly. The final cost depends on how many movers you need, how long the job takes, how many floors are involved, and whether you need packing services. We provide free, upfront estimates - no surprise fees on moving day. Request a free estimate to get an idea of your cost.
Yes, most moves have a minimum charge that covers a minimum number of hours. This varies by job type and crew size. When you request an estimate, we'll explain pricing clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
We don't do hidden fees. We aim to give you a clear estimate before your move so nothing catches you off guard. If something changes day-of that would affect your cost, we'll communicate it with you before proceeding.
We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments). We also accept Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle at no extra charge. Feel free to ask about payment options when you book.

  • Have boxes sealed, labeled, and ready to go where possible
  • Clear pathways through your home - especially hallways and doorways
  • Disassemble furniture you know needs to come apart (we can help if needed)
  • Reserve parking or elevator access if applicable
  • Separate anything fragile or high-value so we can handle it with extra care
Being careful with your home and furniture is a core part of how we operate - not an afterthought. We use furniture pads, moving blankets, and proper lifting technique on every job. We take door frames and floors seriously because we know this is your home, not just a job.
It depends on home size, floor count, distance, and how prepared you are. As a rough guide: a 1-bedroom apartment typically takes 2–4 hours, a 2–3 bedroom home 4–7 hours, and larger homes can take a full day or longer - especially when packing is involved. Add extra time if you have multiple flights of stairs at either location. Use our estimate calculator to get a rough idea, or request a real estimate for a more accurate range.
Yes, we can help with basic furniture disassembly and reassembly (bed frames, desks, bookshelves, etc.). If you have something unusually complex or custom, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. We offer full and partial packing services. Our crew can pack everything - kitchen, fragile items, clothing, art - or just the rooms you need help with. We bring all packing supplies. Just let us know when you request your estimate.
Yes. We handle long-distance and interstate moves from Nashville to anywhere in the country. Long-distance moves are quoted based on distance and volume rather than hourly. Request a free estimate and we'll walk you through the process.
A packout is when we carefully pack and move your belongings out of a property that needs restoration work (water damage, fire damage, renovations, etc.). We handle the contents carefully, transport them to storage, and return everything once repairs are complete.
Yes - junk removal is one of our core services. We haul away old furniture, appliances, renovation debris, estate cleanouts, and general junk. We load everything and take it away. Just point to what needs to go.
